Who we are

We are a startup from Szczecin, continuously growing since 2014. Since launching we’ve had a few breakthroughs worth mentioning: in 2017 we won InCredibles, an acceleration program created by Kulczyk Investments, dedicated to the most promising Polish startups. Since 2018, we’ve been supported by bValue, one of the biggest Polish venture capital firms. In 2019 we became the 4th most popular live chat solution in the world and Inovo Venture Partners supported us with an investment of 4 million złotych.

2013 Start of Tidio. We employ 6 people.
2014 Tidio Chat is released. First clients buy our product.
2015 We have 1000 clients!
2016 Tidio has 13 people on the board.
2017 We win InCredibiles – Kluczyk Investment acceleraction program
2018 bValue investment – Tidio employs 20 people.
2019 Tidio becomes the 4th most popular live chat in the world! We have almost 50 people on the board!

What we do

Tidio provides a live chat solution supported by chatbots, allowing small business owners to communicate with their customers in real time. Upon installation of our chat widget, this dramatically increases the number of potential contacts on their website or messenger – within just a few hours. Our product was featured in Forbes magazine as one of the ten must-have applications when setting up an online store.

Thanks to Tidio, micro-entrepreneurs are able to quickly and easily increase the quality and speed of their customer service, and, consequently, boost their sales. Tidio has been tested by over 1 million users from 194 countries, with a large majority in the United States. We’ve received positive feedback from over 1500 users. We’re currently the 4th most popular solution of our kind in the world, and we’re quite proud of that!
