Who we are
We are a startup from Szczecin, continuously growing since 2014. Since launching we’ve had a few breakthroughs worth mentioning: in 2017 we won InCredibles, an acceleration programme created by Kulczyk Investments, dedicated to the most promising Polish startups. Since 2018, we’ve been supported by bValue, one of the biggest Polish venture capital firms. In 2019 we became the 4th most popular livechat solution in the world and Inovo Venture Partners supported us with an investemnt of 4 million złotych.
What we do
Tidio provides a live chat solution supported by chatbots, allowing small business owners to communicate with their customers in real time. Upon installation of our chat widget, this dramatically increases the number of potential contacts on their website or messenger – within just a few hours. Our product was featured in Forbes magazine as one of the ten must-have applications when setting up an online store.
Thanks to Tidio, micro-entrepreneurs are able to quickly and easily increase the quality and speed of their customer service, and, consequently, boost their sales. Tidio has been tested by over 1 million users from 194 countries, with a large majority in the United States. We’ve received positive feedback from over 1500 users. We’re currently the 4th most popular solution of our kind in the world, and we’re quite proud of that!
